What to expect after your route request

When you submit a route request through our field inquiry desk, a MIJIRA coordinator reviews your message within one business day. We assess the publishing or media distribution challenge you describe, identify which capability territory applies and determine whether an initial terrain assessment is appropriate.

For straightforward inquiries — such as hosting support, distribution channel questions or telecommunications guidance — we typically respond with practical orientation within two business days. For complex publishing infrastructure projects involving multiple distribution channels, streaming migration or broadcast network integration, we schedule a terrain assessment call to survey your systems and map viable routes before proposing a formal engagement.

MIJIRA does not charge for initial orientation conversations. Our goal at the inquiry stage is to determine whether we can provide useful direction — and if so, to outline the route clearly before any commitment is required. We believe publishing organisations deserve honest assessment of their terrain, not sales pressure.

If your inquiry falls outside our capability territories, we will say so directly and, where possible, suggest alternative routes or specialist contacts within the UK publishing and media ecosystem. Orientation means pointing you in the right direction, even when that direction does not lead to MIJIRA.
